Hello, right now I'm going into my senior year of high school. I have a 4.0 unweighted and a 4.6 weighted GPA. I take part in lacrosse, tennis, and nhs. I also got a 34 on my act and I was told that with my accomplishments i should easily be able to get most of my college tuition covered if i were to go to u of m. No one else in my family has really looked into financial aid and I'm really having trouble finding out how to get money and at the rate I'm going i might only get 2000$ and that is not enough for my parents to be able to send me there. Also, I'm an instate resident so that should reduce the cost. Red,bumps, itchy rash on legs!?

So my mom has swollen legs and ankles and when you touch it the skin is very tough. You can see the her ankles are enlarged. And it hurts for her to walk. She put creams and aloe Vera but nothing seems to work. Her arms are slightly itch also. The day before she got the rash she waxed her legs. But I didn't get it and I used the same wax, I've gotten red bumps using wax before, but it was gone overnight. I'm really scared for her what should I do and what is it?

Sedan that is possible to mod?

Okay so I am now in the market of buying a car. I live in Montana and it snows like 7 months of the year. First time to gym tomorrow, any tips? ?

So in one year when I go to college I am doing Air Force ROTC and there are strict physical fitness tests. So I want to go to the gym and work out. I am 5'10" 165 pounds. Male obviously and I'm 18 years old haha. But I've never really been to a gym and do you suggest any machines? I want to be able to do 50 push ups in one minute and 40 sit ups in one minute. Also run 1.5 miles in under ten minutes. Currently I can do 20 push ups and 25 sit ups. I can run the mile fine though. And what machines to get a six pack?. But what machines do I use? And all the details and tips so I don't look like a fool. Ps I'm going around 9am when all the housewives and people are gone at work. Thanks in advance!!

I have tried all lotrimin creams and sprays and take many different vitamins and supplements to boost my immune system. I have used tea tree oil, and powder a few times daily! I think I have cured it, but my groin is still a little sensitive and slightly pinkish. It doesn't itch or stink. I am wondering if I have cured my jockitch and the slight discoloration is an after effect? And if the slight sensitivity is due to the new skin which replaced the fungus? And if my groin is just used to the daily treatment of being pampered with powder, and needs to work it's way up to be tougher and less sensitive? Any help please!!!!!

My husband and I have been married for 11 years. There are good days, although the bad out number the good. We are two total different people, in many ways. I prefer talking about problems instead of yelling, like he does. He cusses all of the time, which I find disrespectful. Speaking of disrespect, he was yelling and cussing at me today, in a store. New Sony Vaio F series..?

I bought a Sony Vaio F series with i7 1.8ghz processor, nvidia 420m with 1gb, and 4 gb of ram. Full 1080p HD screen. ($1700) I was expecting a fast computer, why is it that it doesn't make much difference compared to my last laptop which had a 2.2ghz pentium and built in cheap intel graphics (costed 600$) Photoshop is laggier on this computer, and Sony Vegas doesn't run as fast as i hoped it would. Computer itself lags a few times with random programs i use, startups and such. Any help? Sorry for the quick post, sort of rushing it right now. I'm slightly worried since i just got this computer a couple weeks ago.

After this occurs, I feel a extreme sense of guilt and I feel like I have done the unforgivable sin. I feel like God had rejected me. I keep saying the truth and keep praying to keep me strong but they keep coming back. I know these are attacks of the devil because they are uncontrolled. Please I need some help especially from people who have went through what I am going through. I ask for those people to tell me their experience and give me Bible verses. I need some help because I feel like I am have done the unforgivable sin and I am going to hell. Please I need some help. I want God to hear me. I feel so miserable. I am exhausted and tired of these attacks. I thought God said that you will go through trials and tribulations but that He will never leave us nor forsake us. Does this sound like I have gonorrhea?

I had a new sexual partner recently, and within about a day and a half I started having uncomfortable symptoms. At first they seemed like a slightly irritating UTI and then within a day or two more like a yeast infection, and I saw what I thought to be one small blister at the tip of my erithra that made me suspect herpes, but it never developed and was not particularly painful. It has still only been a few days, about six to 8 depending on what occasion I got the infection, but now I have an icky yellow discharge. All of the symptoms pointed to herpes for me so I got tested and it came back negative. The only other thing that I think it could be now is gonorrhea, because of the very short time period that I caught it and because of the symptoms. But it's really itchy and irritating which I haven't found to be a symptom of gonorrhea. After my negative herpes result I tested for it, but that was just today and I won't have results back on that for at least a week because I tested at planned parenthood. So just wondering what this could possibly be and if anyone has had any experience in the matter. Thanks

Most dogs prefer one person in a household over the others. I do all the feeding, cleaning, Vet care and visits, walking, etc., yet one of my dogs just adores my husband, and won't listen to me, unless she feels like it. Huge Huge stray dog problem. HELP.?

Hi. an hour ago i opened the door of my house and i found a young scared puppy outside my door. She's about a month old and is really scared. I live in an apartment building and at the moment the rest of the houses are empty. I've given her milk and water and i've closed the main door of my building so that the other stray's don't end up killing her. She already looks slightly hurt. Xtians: If you live in a country where blasphemy is illegal...?

Of course, blasphemy isn't illegal here in America. I might not like blasphemers, but they are protected under the Constitution. I feel like blasphemy is disrespectful to God, so it offends me. But I'm not going to harm anyone who may blaspheme- they are still human beings. I may not be aware of certain elements in that person's life, and they might have a valid reason for being angry at God, if that is their motivation behind the blasphemy. I just think that those who are angry at God for injustice should thank God for the good things in life. It would make more sense to me. I would never commit violence against a blasphemer, but if I am offended, I might try to ask him or her to please not disrespect God in my presence. When i first got born again, I was so arrogant and prideful. I continued smoking weed and going out occassionally. I took God's grace for granted. One day while praying i felt His spirit leave me. Since then I've repented and turned from those habits. Two times during this period of grief and repenting part of my life I felt His presence really strong. After the last time I felt His presence I really started trying to let go of those habits. I'm happy to say I haven't done any of those things in 15months. I've gotten active in the christian community, I'm witnessing and I'm engaged to a God-Fearing Woman. Although life seems good I have still been yearning for that true intimacy with the Lord I once had. I found my heart starting to harden and I also started having blasphemous thoughts. When praise and worship comes on, I have the hardest time because I feel rejected by God. I'm so spiritually dry now and depressed. I feel condemned by the parable of the 10 virgins, hebrews 6:4-6 and hebrews 10:26-27 and my blasphemous thoughts. One time, I even said in my HEAD I denounce Christ. I'm so scared. Is it dangerous to stop paxil?

So I have a few questions here. Here is my story, 26 female. 2 years ago I was diagnosed with anxiety, depression and panic disorder so my doctor started me on klonopin and paxil. The paxil made me gain a lot of weight so I asked to be switched to a different medicine just recently. At this time i was diagnosed with high blood pressure, and high cholesterol (both slightly high). I have now been prescribed bupropion (welbutrin), still the klonopin, lisiniprol, and lovastatin. I was supposed to ween off the paxil while switching to bupropion but I had no paxil left to do so and my dr will not prescribe anymore. Is it dangerous for me to stop the paxil without weening off and starting all 4 of these medicines at one time? I already have panic attacks and I get real scared starting new meds and 3 are new (bupropion, lisinopril and lovastatin) and 1 I have been on for 2 years (klonopin). Please someone help me.

I had to use my finger to get the ice cream which was sticking to the scooper off. I went to run it under warm water but I accidentally turned the cold on first and it felt hot to me. I then let it warm up and it still felt hot even though it was just warm. It is now 4 hours later and my finger is burning, tingling, and feeling kind of numb but there isn't really much color difference. It might just be slightly more red than my other fingers. No blisters or anything like that. It does feel a little tight around the skin on the tip of it. I put soothing cream on it but it is just burning and hurts worse when I touch it on anything. It's pretty painful!

Guys in relationships: Would you be angry at your GF for being on a diet?

Hes being unfair to a point. Theres nothing wrong with wanting to better yourself with a diet. BUT!!!.. if the diet your doing is starving yourself then it is completely wrong. From what i see though you have a good diet plan. Where I'd side with him is that I like every other guy, have a sense of accomplishment and pride when we do something thats out of the ordinary to win your aproval (IE the bread). Its a primal thing. The "who should cook what" argument can be settled simply by this, by maybe making a main meal and a little bit larger salad. If you make a main meal and salad he can have his meal while still trying some salad, which you can eat as a main course.

omg you pretty much described my entire family. My family is Jamaican and from the old school and thinks the exact same way. Even just yesterday my dad was going through my Facebook and was asking in a really obnoxious way who all my friends were and then he started insulting them! But my dad was suspicious and very insulting about them. But my brother on the other hand can post pictures and staus updates about how drunk he is and that he "drinks so much that his liver is bleeding" and my dad won't care. I'm in college right now and it's midterm time but both of my parents don't care because they think my first priority should be making sure the dishes are washed and the laundry is done. My mom said the same thing as your dad " No man will ever want to marry you if you don't cook and clean." I get absolutely no respect even when I do the house chores AND my school work. Its never enough for my family. But my brother lives on his own and is just graduating college and everyone is SOOOOOOOOO proud of him. I'm proud of him too dont get me wrong, but it's like my family resents me for wanting to BE more than a housewife...I totally and completely understand where you are coming from... I think it's just a culture thing. Alot of old school and Caribbean cultures are like that. Do I have a bizzare body for a Female...?

To get things straight; others have been commentating on this, so I'm just curious. When I was within puberty, I had a relatively feminine-esque body, that was, until I had reached the age of 16. I am 17 now, but doctors and friends have told me I have 'strange' attributes that don't match my gender. For one, I'm extremely lanky, my neck is very thin and long, same with my arms with look like bendy sticks, but very very short legs and a long torso. My breasts are very small and often not visible and I lack curves, I have to resort to wearing men's tracksuits because women's are very loose on the rear-end. Another is my fingers, I found this odd my doctor brought it up during a routine check-up. My ring finger is an inch longer than that of my index finger, this apparently only applies to male's. But I'm female. I also have an adam's apple, only slightly visible when I put my neck into a certain way, again I thought all of this was normal but this is supposed to only apply to a man or a boy. But I'm not a boy. I also have high amounts of testosterone, morso than average so could that have something to do with it? People keep confusing me for a guy and it's annoying.

So in one year when I go to college I am doing Air Force ROTC and there are strict physical fitness tests. So I want to go to the gym and work out. I am 5'10" 165 pounds. Male obviously and I'm 18 years old haha. But I've never really been to a gym and do you suggest any machines? I want to be able to do 50 push ups in one minute and 40 sit ups in one minute. Also run 1.5 miles in under ten minutes. Currently I can do 20 push ups and 25 sit ups. I can run the mile fine though. But what machines do I use? Yeah that's OCD. I dealt with this several years ago. For me it was kinda like "You shouldn't be thinking about this because it's sick and disturbing" but the thoughts would just keep returning. Are you hated by your in-laws?

My in-laws really do not like me. I've been married for 10 years this year and they still don't like me. I am from another country but I became a U.S. citizen last year. I work full time and I go to college, I am a good housewife and I am a thrift person. I treat my husband very well and my in-laws know it. We don't have kids. They told my husband that they don't like foreign people. But my husband chose me to be his wife and that's how it is! I always treated them with respect and dignity. Every time they came to our house I served them lunch and was very nice to them. My husband's oldest brother threatened me one time back 9 years ago, because he too hates foreign people. Since he had a gun, I had to call the police. They didn't arrest him but he was booked for domestic violence (he yelled crazy things at me and threatened me). Anyway, after this incident, my parents-in-law hated me even more. My husband and I moved far away from them, about 6 or 7 hours drive. So now they hardly come here. My husband never really took a stand for me on this. I understand he has strong family ties, but I think he should demand some respect for me and him. What do you think? What can be done? Is it possible to develop double eyelids as you grow?

I'm 13, asian and over 5 days I've gone from single to double eyelids. It started with my right eye and then the left. I know its not because I'm tired or a just-woke-up-eyes kinda thing, because when I run a finger down my eyelid to get it back to single because it feels slightly uncomfortable, and usually it works, but it flips back to double. So far its been staying double. I asked my dad, who's a doctor, if its possible to develop it while growing up and he said yes, for some people, but I'm not so sure.

I have awful Night Terrors?

Ever since I moved into my house with my Dad, when I was 7, I could always remember feeling that there was something not quite right about my room. It always felt like something was watching me from the corner of the room. Recently, I've been having awful night terrors. The way we do it at our house.. I clean, cook, and do the housework. He fixes things, and cleans up after his home repairs, hobbies, etc. He makes a mess in those areas.. HE cleans it up.

Husband wants to separate, I don't.?

I need advice. My husband and I have been married for 10 years. I'm 35 and he's 42. We have a 10 year old daughter. We have been arguing a lot for the past few months... and we have both threatened separation/divorce more than once. Last Saturday, we had another argument, and he said, "Maybe I don't want to work things out. Maybe I want a separation." Later, online, he sent me a message telling me that he needed space/time to figure things out. Whether or not he was still in love with me and if this is what he wants for the rest of his life. I realize that we are having problems, but I didn't know he was unsure of his feelings about me. He wants me to leave... but I don't want the separation. I don't want to lose him or leave my daughter. He has made it clear that I cannot take her. I also don't have a job, I'm a housewife, so I can't afford to rent a place at the moment. He says that this is only temporary... 2 months or so. But, I am heartbroken and worried. I love him very much and I want to do everything I can to make our marriage work. Not only for us, but for our daughter. I have tried talking to him about my feelings, but he won't change his mind. I trust him... I don't think he's cheating. He has been dealing with mid-life crisis, so could this be why he is confused about his feelings for me? I mean... that mixed with the arguing? I am so confused, sad, worried, angry... I really can't explain it. He keeps telling me not to worry, but how can I not if he is unsure of his feelings? We separated for 3 months back in 2008, but it was my decision... he said it helped last time, so there is a chance it might this time as well. What should I do? He's really pissing me off!?

This is probably seeming stupid to you but I'm really reaching my limit and killing myself is seeming really good right now. My dad is short-tempered and such so it's real easy to piss him off (isn't that what it means?). I got back from camp yesterday and I took karate, which means my arms are really sore. I wanted some ice cream so when I tried to scoop it out, the ice cream box/container flipped out of my hands and slid across the kitchen floor. He was all upset and said, "It's your fault! It doesn't do it on it's own! You had to have helped it!" Why is it always my fault? When I went to camp I missed my mom and brother slightly but I didn't miss him in the least, and when I got home I didn't greet him, so I'm not attached to him at all. Help... Please?

I'm originally from Bangladesh, a small country in South Asia. Actually, my parents are from there. I was born in Italy. But my roots are from there. I went there a month ago to see my sick granddad. And I am sickened by how the men their treat their women. They treat them like cattle and property. It is a highly patriarchal society. The women cook, clean and look after the children and don't work. 99% of women there are traditional housewives who bow down to their husbands and kiss their feet. My mom however, is a doctor. She is one of the very few women who work. But she still cooks, cleans, looks after my little brother and works. My dad is unemployed at the moment. He doesn't do anything. He just eats, sleeps and goes to the toilet. He occasionally helps my mom. And my parents live in Australia, which is a western society. Sometimes, I wish I could teach my dad a MAJOR lesson. But how? I honestly don't understand how my mom could bear all this. My dad is not that bossy unlike the other Bangladeshi men. He does listen to my mom and he DOES what my mom tells him to do. But he just has a know it all attitude that annoys me. Well, anyway this isn't about my family. It's about my auntie and other women who go through the pain. My auntie is among the 1% who go to work in Bangladesh. She told me her everyday scenario from first thing in the morning is waking up, making breakfast for husband and then apparently getting scolded and getting divorce threats from her husband for making a crap breakfast, then going to work in a crammed bus, and then taking bs from sexist boss. She told me her boss teases and makes fun of her for working because she is a female. Then, after a long & tiring day at work she goes home again to be yelled at by her husband. Her husband accuses her of coming home so late! WTF!!! This is SO messed up! I mean her husband eats FREE, doesn't help around the house at ALL, doesn't work and yet he yells at her for working late so that HE gets his daily bread! And my auntie is actually a housewife. She has to work because her husband either can't find a job or is TOO lazy to work! And the rest of the 99% of women don't even get the chance to work because if they work they APPARENTLY will become DISOBEDIENT to their husbands and fathers and become too smart. They stay home and lick their husbands feet and tolerate their BS. The average Bangladeshi woman is dependent on their male relatives their whole entire life, from birth till death. From birth till maturity she is dependent upon her father. After that she is married off & is therefore is dependent upon her husband. And when her husband is old and retires she is dependent upon her son (if she has one). In marriages, the girl has to go live in her husband's parents house where she serves her husband & in laws, especially her mother and father in law. After that she is pressured by husband & in-laws to give birth to a son. I have seen guys go as far as divorcing their wives and marrying new ones because their ex wives have failed to give birth to a son. The women have no say in public matters and society related issues. They are are usually told to shut up because they "don't know anything". I am horribly disgusted with this disgusting attitude towards women and relieved at the same time because I am lucky enough to not be in their shoes. Asphalt is okay to walk on. It's best not to trot or canter on it--too hard for the joints. Hard soil with some rocks can bruise the sole of the foot if you are moving faster than a walk if he steps on the rocks. If its only a few small rocks then trotting or cantering are probably okay. Why is it "bad" that my husband works in a restaurant?

So, my "wonderful" extended family is having a BBQ for the 4th, and everyone is invited! Except for me and my husband, of course. When it's JUST family, we are always invited, but when people outside the family are present (people to impress!), we are not included in a vary blatant way. My family fits the bill of "affluent conservative republicans" to a T. I am the little, unspoken "black mark" on my family tree because I grew up and married someone I loved, not for the money. The very same reason my parents were outcasts for many many years (my dad married a woman who wanted to be a housewife instead of a lawyer! Gasp!). The whole issue is about the fact my husband is happy working in a restaurant, and I'm happy working retail part time. It would be generous to say we earn half of what the next lowest earning member of my family does combined, yet somehow, were the only one of my "generation" (my cousins and second cousins) who have never had to ask for monetary help. We don't have 3 brand new Mercedes in the driveway, but we've also never carried debt, have an actual savings account, and actually have time to spend together after work and on weekends. We budget our money well, and while we don't have luxuries like tv, we do save on our gym memberships by taking hikes and going camping all the time (much better than any tv in my opinion). Our jobs are low stress, and we leave work where it belongs- at work! We live simply, and that's how we like it. We are adults, taking care of ourselves just fine, I just don't understand why we are so embarrassing. My cousin and his wife spent so frivolously after getting married, they went from a few thousand in student loan debts to the verge of declaring bankruptcy in 3 years. One cousin works for a big law firm, and I wouldn't be shocked if he's doing something a little more than unethical to advance as fast as he has past more qualified people (he couldn't even pass the bar!). My husband gets the brunt of the negativity, since he is the man of the house. He's not selling crack to kids, he works a honest, normal job. My family has done many shameful things over many generations, I don't think the guy who is hard working and tries his best to always do the right thing is the problem here. It just makes me so angry we can't be seen by their friends. .I'm tired of their bulls***, and I'm thinking this really is the final straw, and we will probably just cut contact with them. This has been going on for years, and I'm just so fed up. I mean, what would you do with a family like this? It's not my parents, it's my aunts and uncles and cousins. Over my entire life, none of us have ever really gotten along anyways, I just don't see any point in talking to these people anymore. My moms side is very close, and not part of the problem, but my dads side, I just don't care about. What would you do?

Is it normal to want to act like a housewife?

Hi, so me and my boyfriend moved in recently and we live in a nice cozy little apartment :))). I love it, me and my BF are bonding so much more now that we live together. The thing is, I do all the household chores, but I'm not complaining, I actually like doing them. I cook all the food, do all the laundry, vacuum and clean the place, get the groceries, clean all the dishes etc etc. I actually enjoy it, it keeps me occupied when I'm waiting for my BF to get back from work cuz we have different work schedules. Some of my friends say that I give him too much freedom from household chores but I don't see anything wrong with it. He'd do the work if I asked him too, I just prefer to do it. Sometimes I pretend like we're married, and have kids and I'm just getting the place ready and cooking for my children and hubby who comes home tired and hungry from work, even though I'm only in college lol :3. Is this a normal thing to do?

Usually when a panic attack happens there is a tendency to breath quicker because you feel like you cannot breath. Its like the sense that ur not getting oxygen in when ur breathing but u really are. Panic attacks also make certain parts of your body tingle kind of like a numbing tingling feeling. Around ur mouth on your fingers sometimes your eyelids if its bad. Why do atheists teach evolution to our children?

Cramping with twin pregnancy?

I am 29 weeks pregnant with twins but am at the size of a normal full term pregnancy. I've been having small menstrual like cramps that have become slightly worse within the past few days. I use Genesis 950. It doesn't scratch the surface and it breaks away any grease and oil on it's own. After you let it sit (mixed with water) you just wipe everything off. No matter how bad it is. I use it on my fridge, oven, burners, overhead light, and outside I cleaned a grill with it. Took a 5 year old grill that was never cleaned and made it look like brandnew in 20 minutes. I recommend this for anyone who wants to make their life easier.

Frustrated with life in England?

I'm 16 years old, finished my GCSE's starting A levels in september. My frustration is stemmed from the loutish behaviour, and glorification of alcohol consumption by many of my fellow comrades slightly older than myself. I think that is a misunderstanding. That idea came more from tradition than from the Bible. The Bible doesn't say it is blasphemy, God says if you deny him, he'll deny you. I.e., if you don't come to him (become a Christian), he'll not accept you. Most people who "blaspheme" don't really know who they are speaking against. If you truly knew who God was, but still were against him, I don't think you'd ever "see the light" or even want to be a Christian anyway. That's what the demons did, and they'll never want to repent, and so will not be accepted by God. They knew exactly what they were doing. If you want to come to God, that means that you haven't committed a unforgivable sin. If you had, you'd never want to come to him. God says he'll never turn away those who come to him.

Creationists: Why do you feel the theory of evolution is blasphemous?

I'm not in any way trying to insult your faith here, but don't the contradictions seen between genesis 1 and 2 indicate that the Bible shouldn't be taken literally? Forgive me if I'm being ignorant here, but couldn't the days in the story of creation be interpreted as being periods of time? After all, Charles Darwin was a devout Christian when he came up with his theory. Not many people know that he only became Atheist when his daughter died later on in his life. Why am I struggling with intrusive thoughts?

Hello, I am Christian and I am a teenager and lately for some reason I have been struggling with atheistic thoughts and doubting God's existence. They just come out of no where in the most random times when I am the most vulnerable and I also have a problem with blasphemous thoughts and I always think that I am committing the unforgivable sin. After these thoughts occur, I feel strongly guilty and I feel like I have been rejected by God and I feel miserable. I know these thoughts are of Satan and he is using this to take away the joy of being a Christian. I will never reject God. And I just want to ask that am I too far from God for forgiveness? I thought God said that He will never forsake us but I always feel like that and I feel so miserable. I need some really good advice

From what i learned its god testing people as a whole. When people say how come it happens in japan instead of a place where it should happen, you have to think that god is looking a people as a whole not as this group and that group. All the injustice in the world is where god makes natural disaster and its suppose to make people aware of whats happening and to change. I have no control in my life, help!?

I suffer from migranes, they used to be every so often, now they are every day. This means I am missing school and falling very far behind and I'm becoming totally isolated from my peers. I get them because of stress and worry. I'm so 'sacred' to be in school now I've missed so much and have lost my friends, this makes my migranes get worse and worse. I need control over my mind, emotions and body because of this, and I clearly don't have it at the moment! I spend the time I am well watching stupid tv because it distracts me from my problems and is nice to see other people with worse problems, all be it the make believe problems of desperate housewives! I have in the last month lost all control over food, I eat because I'm bored and it is comforting, but later I feel guilty and unhappy about it. These are just a few of my many problems! First time feeling depressive and hopeless?

It all started out on Sunday night. I'm 14. Please trust me when I say that this is the worst feeling I've ever had in my whole life. I've been usually content with life, a pessimist but easily made happy. Anyways, I had been watching the series 24 for about 4 hours straight. In a scene where the patients were forced to kill themselves, I went into a bit of a shock. I stopped immediately. I started to break down crying and feeling really scared, a deep thought of suicide and killing myself. I felt I had a duty to, not that I wanted to. I woke my sister and cried all night, we talked about it until the morning, and I felt better. The next day, I told my whole family, they talked me throughout, making me feel loved, the thoughts had resided slightly yet later that night, I broke out crying to my mother, feeling depressed throughout the whole day. I felt very guilty suddenly, wanting to shout out all my sins, and yet I surprisingly controlled myself. This deep feeling in my chest won't go away. The thoughts of suicide have subsided. I don't know why it's still there, I have a lot of good friends, I go out a few times each week with them, I go to church twice a week, my family loves me, I don't seem to have anybody hate me at all. It's like I have to be constantly doing something to forget. The reason that depresses me most is: "This is all life really is, nothing more. Same old." I can control myself physically, but not mentally. I've just come from a 2 week trip to the Philippines and still haven't adjusted to the time so these are my problems currently, 5-6 hours of sleep daily, a deep feeling of throwing up and chest heaviness each time I eat, even spending an hour at home makes me think negatively, I've been using the internet and electronics ALL THE TIME if I do not go out, I'm sleepy and tired, I used to work out frequently (now I have stopped), I feel anxious if I'm not doing anything productive, I have a huge fear of the dark and paranormal at night, this week (since Sunday) I've had my period with much heavy flow. What's wrong? Am I just unhealthy? Why is it affecting me so much? I've watched many scary movies and felt no fear at night or morning. I quiet enjoy watching them but when I watch the series 24 (which isn't meant to be scary but suspense), I fall into a depressive time. I'm scared and open to talk about this feeling. I've never cut or tried to hurt myself.

Help with dry itchy skin?

It's on my breasts just above my nipple. It used to just itch but I scratched it so often that it scratched the skin open and now I have dime sized patches of skin that are red and bumpy. I started applying lotion after I got out of the bath and not wearing clothes that made them itch, and completely abandoned all bras but one because they made them itch. It was getting better after about two weeks. They stopped itching but now there are these little spots up next to them and a little higher up. They're slightly itching. I put some Vaseline on the areas, and it sorta helps. But any ideas what it could be? I would go to a doctors, but I would have to talk to my mom about it, which is not something I've ever done unless absolutely necessary. Maybe once in my life for anything besides lice as a child, and I don't know how anymore. I'm 16. It's on both sides, both on the inside? I'm really frightened about what it could be. Any ideas?
