Is it dangerous to stop paxil?

So I have a few questions here. Here is my story, 26 female. 2 years ago I was diagnosed with anxiety, depression and panic disorder so my doctor started me on klonopin and paxil. The paxil made me gain a lot of weight so I asked to be switched to a different medicine just recently. At this time i was diagnosed with high blood pressure, and high cholesterol (both slightly high). I have now been prescribed bupropion (welbutrin), still the klonopin, lisiniprol, and lovastatin. I was supposed to ween off the paxil while switching to bupropion but I had no paxil left to do so and my dr will not prescribe anymore. Is it dangerous for me to stop the paxil without weening off and starting all 4 of these medicines at one time? I already have panic attacks and I get real scared starting new meds and 3 are new (bupropion, lisinopril and lovastatin) and 1 I have been on for 2 years (klonopin). Please someone help me.
