Frustrated with life in England?

I'm 16 years old, finished my GCSE's starting A levels in september. My frustration is stemmed from the loutish behaviour, and glorification of alcohol consumption by many of my fellow comrades slightly older than myself. My parents who both hail from germany agree I have the justification to look ''down'' upon those I consider inferior i.e. the degenerates. some of my friends note me to be somewhat aloof and elitist. the question is, how do I overcome this cultural difference, should I move to a different country or persist with my �bermensch mentality, and also I'm I one of many who inhibit such feelings, or is this just a misconception that alcoholism is glorified.
