Blue birthmark......?

ok so iv had this birthmark all my life (13 years) slightly behind the top of my shoulder. its blue, and its like the size of uhh...well i guess kinda like the size of the black part in the center of your eye. im kinda curious what it could be and ya iv heard of that mongolian blue birthmark crap but those are known to be huge so im not sure
