Military career or relationship?

im 17 and was going to join the army at the end of this year but for very similar reasons i have decided not to, i dont think you should join, you will be giving up more than just your relationship, you will be giving up a strong portion of your freedom, im very glad that i made up my mind on this last week and decided i will pursue a career as a fire fighter instead
