Shot in the eye with airsoft gun?

Last night my brother shot me in the eye with a airsoft gun and hurt really bad but no blood or anything I could open it but it would go shut again after a couple blinks this morning it's ton better but it hurts when I look into a bright light and very little when I move it side to side my vision is okay I can see well but just slightly blurry in the injurred eye I think I'll be ok since I can see and everything but is it possible to go blind later on ???
