Skin peeling on foreskin HELP!?

well about a few days ago i have masturbated using hand soap and my foreskin was dry and red, the skin is now peeling and it feels somewhat normal again, but there is a bit of (skin?) on my tip and its slightly translucent so i can see that is different looking and it is not coming off when i wash, can you guys give me help on this how to fix it and how you've dealt with it in past experiences.
