Is this fair? (10 POINTS)?

well giving half of what you earn is kind of like paying for room and board. you'd probably be entering some form of college and would have to be paying it anyway. i don't really think they need the money so they can't be doing it to spite you. i think they are doing it to get you to finally finish school. no offense, but not passing a grade is kind of stupid unless you have some reason like you were sick in the hospital for awhile. or you have a bad family situation.
