How can i make my hips and love handles smaller?

I am trying to lose weight and i notice before i even started losing any, my hips, thighs,BUTT, and lower stomach have always a LOT larger than the rest of my frame, not that im losing weight, i feel the need to correct that problem, as it is getting more noticeable. I look like an oompa loompa ): without orange skin, green hair, or white eyebrows....and slightly taller. So what workouts, or anything else, can i do to help look more proportional?
