What happens to atheists in muslim countries, we already know what happens to?

people who spew blasphemy, they are put down for crimes against God, and this regardless of their beliefs. Are atheists allowed to be just as long as they keep quiet, but how can they when its in their nature to be combative and to be blasphemous once they decide to stay atheist.
