Do some dogs only Bond with one person?

Most dogs prefer one person in a household over the others. I do all the feeding, cleaning, Vet care and visits, walking, etc., yet one of my dogs just adores my husband, and won't listen to me, unless she feels like it. The other two always follow me everywhere, even in our house. If I leave the room, these two dogs follow me. I can't even go to the washroom alone.
