Do men notice bones showing?

If a girl was otherwise attractive, nice face long legs big butt would a guy notice if she was rather skeletal on her upper body? Like shoulder blades showing, back alot of collar bones and chest bones or slightly prominent hip bones and ribs. Not terrible but thin. Like Kate Moss back in the day but with more curves. Guys would you notice such thing on a girl and would it keep you from approaching her even if she was otherwise attractive? Why or why not?
