University of michigan + scholarship and payment options?

Hello, right now I'm going into my senior year of high school. I have a 4.0 unweighted and a 4.6 weighted GPA. I take part in lacrosse, tennis, and nhs. I also got a 34 on my act and I was told that with my accomplishments i should easily be able to get most of my college tuition covered if i were to go to u of m. No one else in my family has really looked into financial aid and I'm really having trouble finding out how to get money and at the rate I'm going i might only get 2000$ and that is not enough for my parents to be able to send me there. Also, I'm an instate resident so that should reduce the cost. I know it's possible since my friends brother who i have slightly better college credentials than and who also comes from a family of similar economic stature got into u of m while only having to pay 2000$ for his entire first year. finally the majors i plan on going into are pre-med or bio-medical engineering. so any information would be much appreciated.

It's not a competition. If you need more help around the house, just ask him if he can help with certain things. I work longer hours than my wife, and I still come home and help out with the cooking and cleaning. We both work around the house on the weekends.

Red,bumps, itchy rash on legs!?

So my mom has swollen legs and ankles and when you touch it the skin is very tough. You can see the her ankles are enlarged. And it hurts for her to walk. She put creams and aloe Vera but nothing seems to work. Her arms are slightly itch also. The day before she got the rash she waxed her legs. But I didn't get it and I used the same wax, I've gotten red bumps using wax before, but it was gone overnight. I'm really scared for her what should I do and what is it?

Sedan that is possible to mod?

Okay so I am now in the market of buying a car. I live in Montana and it snows like 7 months of the year. I am looking for an AWD sedan that would look good when slightly modified, such as an aftermarket spoiler, exhaust, hood, etc. The thing is, though, "cool" cars are not common to find around here, so I can not use something such as a Mitsubishi Evo or something of that sort. It is hard to find a car that would fit my needs, so I would like a little help widening my search view. If you cannot think of a sedan, please feel free to add any coupes, as long as they are AWD.Thanks in advance!!!
